TOV   சந்தடிகளால் நிறைந்து ஆரவாரம்பண்ணி, களிகூர்ந்திருந்த நகரமே, உன்னிடத்தில் கொலையுண்டவர்கள் பட்டயத்தால் கொலையுண்டதில்லை, யுத்தத்தில் செத்ததும் இல்லை.
IRVTA   ஆட்கள் நடமாட்டம் நிறைந்து ஆரவாரம்செய்து, களிகூர்ந்திருந்த நகரமே, உன்னிடத்தில் கொலை செய்யப்பட்டவர்கள் பட்டயத்தால் கொலை செய்யப்படவில்லை, போரில் இறந்ததும் இல்லை.
ERVTA   கடந்த காலத்தில் இந்நகரம் பரபரப்புடைய நகரமாக இருந்தது. இந்த நகரம் ஆரவாரமும் மகிழ்ச்சியும் உடையதாக இருந்தது. ஆனால் இப்போது அவை மாறியுள்ளன. உனது ஜனங்கள் கொல்லப்பட்டிருக்கலாம் ஆனால் வாள்களினால் அல்ல. ஜனங்கள் மரித்தனர். ஆனால் போரிடும்போது அல்ல.

ERVTE   గత కాలంలో పట్టణం చాలా పని తొందరగా ఉండేది పట్టణం చాలా అల్లరిగా చాలా ఉల్లాసంగా ఉండేది. కానీ ఇప్పుడు పరిస్థితులు మారిపోయాయి. నీ ప్రజలు చంపి వేయబడ్డారు. కానీ కత్తులతో కాదు. ప్రజలు మరణించారు కానీ యుద్ధం చేస్తూ కాదు.
IRVTE   సందడితో నిండి పోయి కేకలు వేస్తున్న పట్టణమా! వేడుకల్లో మునిగిపోయిన నగరమా!
నీలో చనిపోయిన వాళ్ళు కత్తి వల్ల హతం కాలేదు. వాళ్ళు యుద్ధంలో చనిపోలేదు.

ERVKN   ಹಿಂದಿನ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನಗರವು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಜನಸಂದಣಿಯಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿತ್ತು. ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಗದ್ದಲವೂ ಜನರ ಸಂತಸದ ಧ್ವನಿಯೂ ತುಂಬಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಈಗ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಬದಲಾಯಿತು. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜನರು ಸತ್ತದ್ದು ಖಡ್ಗದಿಂದಲ್ಲ. ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಯದೆ ಬೇರೆ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸತ್ತರು.
