7 അങ്ങനെ ആശാരി തട്ടാനെയും കൊല്ലൻ കൂടം തല്ലുന്നവനെയും ധൈര്യപ്പെടുത്തി കൂട്ടിവിളക്കുന്നതിന്നു ചേലായി എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു, ഇളകാതെയിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവൻ അതിനെ ആണികൊണ്ടു ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

ERVKN   ಒಬ್ಬ ಕೆಲಸಗಾರನು ಮರವನ್ನು ಕಡಿದು ಅದರಿಂದ ವಿಗ್ರಹವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವನು. ಅವನು ಬಂಗಾರದ ಕೆಲಸದವನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸುವನು. ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ಸುತ್ತಿಗೆಯಿಂದ ತಗಡನ್ನು ಸಮತಟ್ಟು ಮಾಡುವನು. ಅವನು ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ಕೆಲಸದವನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸುವನು. ಕೆಲಸದವನು ‘ಇದು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಕೆಲಸ. ತಗಡು ಹೊರಗೆ ಬರಲಾರದು’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ವಿಗ್ರಹವನ್ನು ಪೀಠಕ್ಕೆ ಮೊಳೆ ಹೊಡೆದು ಭದ್ರಪಡಿಸುವನು. ಈಗ ವಿಗ್ರಹವು ಅಲ್ಲಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ, ಕೆಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬೀಳುವದಿಲ್ಲ.”
IRVKN   ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಶಿಲ್ಪಿಯು ಎರಕದವನನ್ನೂ, ಸುತ್ತಿಗೆಯಿಂದ ಸಮಮಾಡುವವನು ಅಡಿಗಲ್ಲಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕುಟ್ಟುವವನನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು.

ERVHI   मूर्ति बनानें के लिए एक कारीगर लकड़ी काट रहा है। फिर वह व्यक्ति सुनार को उत्साहित कर रहा है। एक कारीगर हथौड़ें से धातु का पतरा बना रहा है। फिर वह कारीगर निहायी पर काम करनेवाले व्यक्ति को प्रेरित कर रहा है। यह अखिरी कारीगर कह रहा है, काम अच्छा है किन्तु यह धातु पिंड कहीं उखड़ जाये। इसलिए इस मूर्ति को आधार पर कील से जड़ दों! उससे मूर्ति गिरेगी नहीं, वह कभी हिलडुल तक नहीं पायेगो।”

IRVBN   তাই ছুতোরমিস্ত্রি স্বর্ণকারকে উৎসাহ দিল; হাতুড়ী দিয়ে সমানকারী লোক নেহাইয়ের ওপর আঘাতকারীকে জোড়ার বিষয়ে বলল, ‘ভাল হয়েছে।’ তারা পেরেক দিয়ে দৃঢ় করল যেন সেটা পড়ে না যায়।

ERVEN   One worker cuts wood to make a statue. He encourages the man who works with gold. Another worker uses a hammer and makes the metal smooth. Then he encourages the man at the anvil. This last worker says, 'This work is good; the metal will not come off.' Then he nails the statue to a base so that it will not fall over. And it never moves!"
LXXEN   The artificer has become strong, and the coppersmith that smites with the hammer, and forges also: sometimes he will say, It is a piece well joined: they have fastened them with nails; they will fix them, and they shall not be moved.
NLV   The able workman gives strength of heart to the one who works with gold. He who makes iron smooth gives strength of heart to the one who beats the iron, saying of his work, "It is good." And he puts it in its place with nails so that it cannot be moved.
